This was one of the first things I carved oh so many years ago. I was still in Indiana and I just thought '“Jewellery! Imma see if I can do that.” I’m fortunately and unfortunately one of those people that walks into a store and is like, ‘I’m not gonna buy that cause I can make that’. (and then you never actually make it, right? Right.) BUT this is where jewellery started for me. I ACTUALLY MADE IT, and I loved it. I had never worked in 3d before, seriously, and it was a challenge. This, this lil’ ode to Koons balloon dog was the result.

*Keep in mind that bronze (and sterling!) jewellery will inevitably darken and patina over time.  To preserve the finish on your jewellery I recommend handling with care and storing in an airtight bag.  To restore shine, jewellery can be buffed with a polishing cloth (Sunshine Cloths are my fave!) Or just roll with it. Like with everything, you can embrace the change, or not, you do you.
