INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

BOOGstuff ships internationally to the United States. Please keep in mind that you will be responsible for any taxes / duties incurred by destination country. For international returns, we cannot refund any import fees. It is up to the customer to cover shipping and handling as well as any duties or tariffs incurred. I use Canada Post, but if you prefer a different service please let me know ahead of time.

PRE-ORDERS

Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Pre-orders are charged at time of purchase.

BOOGstuff will only return/exchange items purchased through boogstuff.com and a copy of your receipt is required. Items purchased through a BOOGstuff retailer must be returned/exchanged through that specific retailer, observing their particular return/exchange policy.

BOOGstuff proudly stands behind the design and quality of our products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of the receipt for a full refund (not including shipping). The item must be returned in unused condition, and in its original packaging to assure full credit. No item can be accepted for return or exchange which bears any indication that it was used.

We recommend shipping returned merchandise insured parcel post for tracking purposes, and that a customer request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of the shipment. BOOGstuff will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements in BOOGstuff’s sole discretion. Please send your return to:
